Google never serves up more than 1000 results.
Try this, for example:
Google Search Results for the term “Hello World” starting 1000th Search Result
You will see this response from Google:
“Sorry, Google does not serve more than 1000 results for any query. (You asked for results starting from 1000.)
Your search – hello world – did not match any documents.
Suggestions:
•Try different keywords.”
So much for ‘one followed by one hundred zeros’ – from the Wikipedia entry for Google:
