China’s Cities: Per Capita Disposable Income increasing at 13%

Who can spend money? People with disposable income, by definition. And the place where it is growing, by double digits, is China. Particularly, the cities. (Source).

It is to be noted that this rate is almost double their GDP growth rate. (Urban disposable income grew 13% between January and September, much faster than the 7.7% pace in gross domestic product over the same period.)
