India IT Statistics: Purchases Will Grow 9.2% In Local Currency In 2013

Move to where the growth is. We spotted this stat today, that in 2013, India’s IT purchases will go up by 9.2 percent in local currency (Source)

This is a country with a per capita income at less than 1500 USDs – so there is still a long way to go – but the numbers are beginning to look very promising. And remember the one high-impact project that nobody is talking about – India’s Aadhar.
