Banks, Rescue, Billions: Spain To Inject $11.3 Billion At Bankia

We had spotted multiple stats on the amount of money spent to rescue banks - in spite of banks, in general, being the most profitable entities worldwide - meet the most profitable bank in the world - we spotted this today:

" Spain said on Wednesday its rescue of problem lender Bankia would cost at least 9 billion euros ($11 billion), as the government tries to clean up a banking system that threatens to drag the country deeper into the euro zone crisis."
